![]() This is probably not an EDC blade for average tasks, but I would definitely state that it is an EXCEPTIONAL EDC blade for self/life defense. It's very tough and durable, but as I said before, lightweight and wicked. It keeps a very nice fine edge, but it reminds me very much of S30V steel. This little guy will do maximum damage, and you'll barely even notice it in your hand.Īs far as the steel, which is N690Co, it's a stainless steel, but it has amazing edge retention. When I got it in my hand, it felt like there was nothing there. What I will say about it, is that it is a lot lighter in weight then you would think it is. It is all one piece, and completely solid. It is made of Kydex, and it clicks in with such retention that it will never shake loose. The sheath that it comes with is completely awesome. The construction of this thing is amazing. ![]() Now, onto the construction, steel, and fit and finish. I hope that helps anybody who had a question about that. I would say that if I had to estimate a "ring size", for the finger hole, my best guess would be that it is approximately a size US 15 in ring. All my life, it has been a problem for me to find a karambit that fit comfortably on my pointer finger. Add to Cartįirst things first, let's address some issues that makers never really touch upon: the finger ring.
